Crash Bandicoot: Rilla Roo REDESIGN - Concept art

Elemental powers is one of my favorite trope in fiction, so when I found out Crash Bandicoot universe has one too -in a for of the masks- I got excited. Unfortunately, I don't like the aesthetics / art-style of the game these Elemental masks debuted in: ''Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex'' ... So as a fun art exercise I wondered ''How would I redesign these?'', and here are the results. Initially, I planned to make them with a wooden base -similar to Aku Aku and Uka Uka, but with elemental features instead of feathers. But both Aku Aku and Uka Uka are categorized as ''voodoo mask with a human spirit'' -which implies they are artificially made, rather than the ''force of nature'' the Elementals or the Quantum Masks (from Crash 4) are suggested to be - in my opinion... So I made them more in the style of the Quantum masks... Lastly, I originally wanted to redesign Crunch too, but 1) he looks good enough in the Nitro-fuel version, I've got nothing much to add or change, and 2) I don't care that much about the character... so instead? I just redesigned Crunch's Boss battle forms.
